When you receive an order from a supplier, it is essential to check that you have received all the products as listed on your order sheet.

🛒 How to place an order from haddock

The ordering feature is only available on mobile.

Using haddock’s ordering functionality, checking that an order has been received correctly takes only a few minutes.

👀 Check an order

1️⃣ Go to Orders from your mobile device.

2️⃣ Click on Order History. You will see all orders placed, sorted by delivery date.

3️⃣ Select the Shared order you want to review and click Review Received Order.

You can only review orders with the yellow Shared label.

4️⃣ A list will appear with all products and quantities ordered from your supplier so you can check against the actual dispatch note that everything has been received correctly.
