🚛 Choose category and supplier

1️⃣ From the main menu, select the "Purchases 🛒" module.

2️⃣ Access the category where the supplier you want to order from is located and select them.

3️⃣ Search for the products missing in the restaurant and select the quantity you want to order.

4️⃣ Review the approximate order amount; this information will not be shown when sharing the order—it is informative for the restaurant.

Products that have not been previously purchased will not appear among the supplier's products. To make them appear, a document with this product must be included, or it must be uploaded as a manual expense.

The ordering feature is only available on mobile.

Using haddock’s ordering functionality, checking that an order has been received correctly takes only a few minutes.

👀 Check an order

1️⃣ Go to Orders from your mobile device.

2️⃣ Click on Order History. You will see all orders placed, sorted by delivery date.

3️⃣ Select the Shared order you want to review and click Review Received Order.

You can only review orders with the yellow Shared label.

4️⃣ A list will appear with all products and quantities ordered from your supplier so you can check against the actual dispatch note that everything has been received correctly.

What Is Purchase Format Restriction for Orders?

This feature allows you to select, by product and supplier, which purchase formats will be available when creating an order. This way, certain units of measure will not appear in the order form.

Key Points for Managing Purchase Formats

1️⃣ Default Selection

All formats (existing and new) are marked as eligible for ordering by default.

2️⃣ Checkbox per Format

In the Purchases tab of the product settings, next to each purchase format, you will find a “Enable for Order” checkbox that controls its visibility in Orders.
