# Customize expense line-item columns at restaurant level

You can customize the columns that appear in the product table for your expenses.

To access the configuration:
1. Open an expense.
2. In the product table, click the **edit** icon in the table header.
3. The **Edit columns** window will open.

### Apply to the whole restaurant

At the bottom of the menu you will find the **Save for all documents** option.

*   If you enable this box, the column configuration will apply to **all expenses** in the restaurant.
*   If you leave it disabled, the changes will only apply to the current expense.
