# Edit the schedule of a planned shift

If at some point you need to **change the schedule of a shift that has already been planned**, just click the **pencil icon** that appears when you hover over the shift:

Then simply edit the schedule and save the changes:

**Important 🎯**: once a shift has been edited, you will see a **pencil icon** indicating that it has been changed.
