General Dashboard
Can all team members view the dashboard?
No, only the roles that have dashboard access enabled can view it. Keep in mind that if they do not have permission to view other related modules, the same amounts may not appear in their dashboards.
Can I view the dashboard with/without VAT?
You can view the dashboard with amounts including or excluding VAT. To change this, go to User Settings > Configuration > Preferences > Dashboard and select the option you prefer.
What does "Real-Time View" mean?
If you have this option enabled, you will see information with the total delivery notes and receipts, as well as invoices from suppliers that do not have delivery notes.
We can show dashboard information in two ways:
Real-Time View, that is, with the total delivery notes and receipts, as well as the total invoices from suppliers that do not have delivery notes or receipts.
Without this view enabled, the dashboard shows the total invoices and receipts, so it gives you a more general view of the business.
Can I download the General Dashboard or the Real-Time Dashboard?
Of course! You just need to select the criteria you want to export (activity, period, and dashboard type) and click the Export option in the top right corner of the screen.
Categorization Dashboard
What is the Categorization Dashboard for?
Categorizing products by level is essential to keep real control over the items that represent the highest expense for the business. That is why inside the dashboard we have enabled a space where you can find a level-by-level breakdown of the categories with the highest spend.
If I assign a category to a document, is it assigned to its products?
If the products in the document do not have any category assigned, the document's category is assigned by default.
