# 📄✨ How do I clone a contract in haddock HR?

Need to copy an existing contract so you don't have to create it from scratch? 🚀 In **haddock HR** it's super simple! Here's how:

### 1️⃣ **Go to the "Contracts" menu**

From the **main menu**, open **"Contracts"**. There you'll see all the contracts you've configured. 📋🔍

### 2️⃣ **Find the contract you want to clone**

Search for the contract you want to duplicate. Ideal for creating quick variations without getting confused. 🎯😉

### 3️⃣ **Click the three-dots menu**

On the right side of the contract name you'll see the classic **three-dots icon** (**⋮**). Click it to display the options. 👀

### 4️⃣ **Select "Clone"**

In the menu that appears, click **"Clone"**. And voilà! 🎉 An exact copy of the contract will be created, and you can edit it however you want.
