# 🔁 How do I resend a haddock HR invitation to an employee?

Don't panic! 😅 Sometimes emails get lost among mountains of messages or end up on a deserted island called **Spam**. 🏝️✉️
If an employee has not received their invitation to **haddock HR**, you can **resend it in seconds**. So easy! 🔥

Here's how to do it step by step:

1️⃣ Go to **haddock HR** and open the **Employees** menu. 👥
2️⃣ Find and select the employee's **profile** where you want to send the invitation again. 🔎
3️⃣ Once inside the profile, simply **click** the button that says **"Resend haddock HR access email"**. 📧✨

And that's it! 🎯 The system will **automatically** send a new access email to the employee so they can activate their account and start enjoying **haddock HR**. 🚀
