# 📆 How to hide the planned shifts of a group from a certain date

If you want to stop showing planned shifts for a group to your employees from a specific date onward, you can easily do it from the group settings.

### Steps to follow:

1. Go to the main menu and open the **"Groups"** section.
2. Click the group whose shift visibility you want to limit.
3. Find the field **"Shifts visible in planning until..."**
4. Enter the cutoff date until which employees will be able to see the planned shifts.

🛑 **From that date onward**:

- Employees in the group **will no longer be able to see the shifts** in the app or on the web.
- **No notifications will be sent** about changes to shifts after that date.

This setting is useful if you are redesigning the schedule or need to freeze the published shifts until further notice.
