# How to import functions via Excel in haddock HR? 📥🛠️

Do you have many functions that you want to load into **haddock HR** all at once? 🎯 Don't worry! You can import them easily from an Excel file. Here's how:

### 1️⃣ **Go to "Employees" > "Functions"**

From the **main menu**, go to **"Employees"** and then select **"Functions"**. 🧑‍💻🛠️

### 2️⃣ **Click the three-dot menu**

At the top right, you'll see the **three-dot icon** (**⋮**). Click it to open more options! 👀✨

### 3️⃣ **Select "Import functions"**

In the dropdown, choose **"Import functions"**. 📥

### 4️⃣ **Follow the instructions**

haddock HR will ask for an Excel file with the correct format (usually: function name, priority, color, etc.). You only need to prepare your file... and upload it! 🚀✅
