# How to import locations via Excel in haddock HR? 📥🏢

Do you have a lot of locations that you want to load into **haddock HR**? 📍🗺️ It is super easy with the import from Excel option! Here's how:

### 1️⃣ **Go to "Employees" > "Locations"**

From the **main menu**, go to **"Employees"** and select **"Locations"**. 🧑‍💼📌

### 2️⃣ **Click the three-dot menu**

At the top right, you'll see the famous **three-dot icon** (**⋮**). Click it to open the options! 👆✨

### 3️⃣ **Select "Import locations"**

In the dropdown menu, choose **"Import locations"**. 📥

### 4️⃣ **Prepare and upload your Excel file**

haddock HR will ask for a file in the right format (for example: location name, color, priority...). Prepare your Excel file and upload it in one click! 🚀📝
