How to place an order? 📝


🚛 Choose category and supplier


1️⃣ From the main menu, select the "Purchases 🛒" module.


2️⃣ Access the category where the supplier you want to order from is located and select them.




🍎 Select de products


3️⃣ Search for the products missing in the restaurant and select the quantity you want to order.




4️⃣ Review the approximate order amount; this information will not be shown when sharing the order—it is informative for the restaurant.


Products that have not been previously purchased will not appear among the supplier's products. To make them appear, a document with this product must be included, or it must be uploaded as a manual expense.





Enter order date 📆


Modify the delivery day by clicking on the ✏️





You will be able to modify👉


  • Delivery day
  • Cut-off time for sending
  • Number of days delivery takes
  • Days of the week when delivery occurs


This information will be automatically updated for each supplier.


The order history will be organized taking into account the delivery date.




How to share it? 📨

5️⃣ Once the entire order is selected, we will need to add our restaurant details and the supplier’s contact information if they were not previously saved.


This setup is mandatory and only needs to be done once; it will be saved for future orders.



6️⃣ Your order is now ready to share!


By pressing "Confirm," two options will appear:

Choose the option you prefer. Once done, the order will appear in the "Order History" with the status "Shared." You can change its status depending on whether it has been "Confirmed" or "Received" by accessing the order again 🙌
