# Improved document search

📍 **How to search for a document in haddock**

🔎 You can search for a document in two ways:

1. **From the search bar**: search by **items**, **suppliers**, **amounts**, or **document number**.

2. **From the filters section**:

There you can choose from different options, such as:

* 📅 Document date
* 📅 Upload date
* 🏢 Supplier
* 🗂️ Category
* 📌 Document status
* ⏳ Payment due date
* 📄 Document type
* 💳 Payments / Payment method
* 📤 Export
* 🔄 Reconciliation
* 🛒 Orders
* 🔁 Recurrence
* 💬 Notes
* ⚠️ Digitization errors
* 📊 Dashboard filters


Once you select the filters you want, just click **Apply** ✅ and you will see all the documents haddock has found within those criteria.
