# Send invitations in bulk to employees awaiting activation

From the employee list, you can send access invitations in bulk to employees who have not yet logged in.

Go to **Employees** from the main menu. Then open the **three-dots menu** at the top right and select **Send invitation to inactive employees**.

The system will automatically send an invitation to every active employee who has not yet activated their account.
