# Ticksy - Connect POS

## Data needed for the integration

Request the following from your Ticksy reseller or Ticksy support:

1. **API Key** - a unique key that Ticksy generates for your venue and that includes all the connection details you need.

## How to connect

1. Click your **restaurant name** to open the **menu**.

2. Go to **Restaurant settings** > **My integrations**.

3. Find **Ticksy** in the list and click **Connect**.

4. Enter the required field:

   * **API Key**: the key provided by Ticksy or your reseller.

5. Click **Connect**.

Once connected, haddock starts syncing sales and the product catalog from your Ticksy POS automatically.
