5. Fill in the fields with the correct data and click "**Connect**".

## Why is my integration paused?

If invalid credentials are entered repeatedly, haddock automatically pauses the integration after 3 or more failed attempts within 1 hour. This is a safety measure: your POS provider may block our IP if we keep trying to connect with invalid credentials.

**How to resume the integration:** Open *Integrations*, edit your POS credentials, and click **Connect**. If the connection succeeds, the integration will automatically become active again.

**If you don't remember the credentials:** Contact your Yantar distributor to request new ones, then enter them again in haddock.

*Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.*
