# ¿Qué es un Turno y para qué sirve?

En haddock HR hay 3 tipos de turno:

- De **presencia**: Son los Turnos de trabajo
- De **ausencia**: Vacaciones, enfermedad, permisos, visita al médico, etc
- De **descanso**: Por ejemplo, durante el fin de semana
