How can I add a new staff expense?
Open Payroll in the side menu (under Administration when your region includes payroll). Click Add payroll expense and complete the form. See Uploading payslips and staff expenses.
Are staff expenses reflected in the dashboard?
Yes. Staff expenses count in the dashboard once they are recorded.
Can I upload a staff expense with a photo?
Staff expenses are entered manually. You can attach files such as payslips or summaries to the expense.
I do not see Payroll in the menu
Payroll appears only when payroll is enabled for your restaurant region and your role has view payrolls page access.
