I would like the whole team to help manage the restaurant. Can I give them access?
Yes, haddock is designed so that the whole team can take part in improving business management. Invite the chef, waiter, manager... all the profiles that can help increase the restaurant's efficiency.
How does multi-role work? What can each role do?
There are 4 different roles:
Administrator: Management and executive roles.
Document control: Restaurant employees and office staff in junior roles. Designed and recommended for people who will upload documents.
Chef and kitchen: Designed and recommended for kitchen staff who create recipes for the menu, meal plans...
Accounting: Designed and recommended for the accounting firm.
The roles are customizable; you can give them access only to the modules you want them to see, but this will affect all users who have that role.
Can users be deleted or edited?
Yes, you can delete or edit a user's role from User Settings > My restaurants > [Your restaurant]. Once in the team section, select the member and click the 3 dots in the top right to see the edit or delete options.
How can I add a new user and customize the role?
Click the restaurant icon > Add user. Add the email of the user you want to invite and select which role you want to give them. Click the pencil icon (Edit) next to the role to select which permissions you want to give them. They will be sent an invitation by email so they can access haddock.
What if the invitation does not arrive by email?
They should check that the email is not in the Spam or Junk folder. If that is not the case, you can access the invited user from the team list and click the option to resend the invitation.
