Account shortcuts and onboarding

Activation tab

New restaurants may see an Activation tab in the sidebar while onboarding is in progress. It guides you through profile completion, document uploads, team invites, and training scheduling until the workspace is ready.

Treasury and COGS views

Banks > Treasury summarizes balances, cash flow, and pending invoices when bank accounts are connected. Inventories > Analyze COGS and related dashboard widgets show cost-of-goods-sold trends when sales, recipes, and purchases are configured.

Group comparator and categories

In a restaurant group, open Group > Comparator to compare product prices across locations and Group > Categories to manage shared category structures.

WhatsApp document ingestion

Restaurant owners and admins configure WhatsApp ingestion numbers under Settings > My integrations. Only users with integration-management permission can add or edit ingestion numbers for the group.

In Settings > Account, copy your personal referral link (web.haddock.app/signup?referral=...) and share it with colleagues who want to create a haddock account.

Pending team invites

During activation, or from restaurant Settings > My team, review pending invitations, resend emails, or remove invites before users accept them.
