How can I download haddock invoices or change my subscription payment method?


  1. Click your initial to open the menu.


  1. Click "My restaurants."


  1. Select the restaurant.


  1. Go to the Subscription section.


  1. Click "Invoices"


  1. A screen with billing information will open.


  1. Choose a payment method


  1. Enter or change the information.



How can I cancel my subscription?


To request cancellation of your subscription, you need to fill out the cancellation form.


Steps to cancel your account


  1. Open the cancellation form: https://web.haddock.app/cancel


  1. Specify which location you want to cancel and fill out the form
