How can I download haddock invoices or change my subscription payment method?
- Click your initial to open the menu.
- Click "My restaurants."
- Select the restaurant.
- Go to the Subscription section.
- Click "Invoices"
- A screen with billing information will open.
- Choose a payment method
- Enter or change the information.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To request cancellation of your subscription, you need to fill out the cancellation form.
Steps to cancel your account
- Open the cancellation form: https://web.haddock.app/cancel
- Specify which location you want to cancel and fill out the form
