💡 How does haddock's referral program work?

If you are already a haddock customer and know other restaurant owners who could benefit from better business management, you can invite them to join the platform through our referral program!

You only need to share your personal invitation link and the AMIGO code found in the customer area (keep reading, we’ll show you how). When the restaurant owner signs up through that link, both you and your referral can access exclusive benefits.

🎁 What rewards do you get?

For your restaurant owner friend

When they sign up for haddock using your link:

• They will get a 50% discount on the initial training.
• They will also enjoy a 50% discount during the first three months of their subscription.

Note: Training length may vary depending on the type of customer and their specific needs.

For you

When your referral completes their initial training and becomes an active customer, you will receive a €200 reward for your recommendation.

Note: Rewards are processed and paid once per quarter, according to the established schedule.

❓ Can I invite more than one friend?

Of course! You can invite as many restaurant owners as you want.

For each friend who signs up through your link, completes the initial training, and becomes an active customer, you will receive a €200 reward.

🪜 How do I invite a friend and how do they activate their discount?

Below we show you two parts of the process:

1. How you, as the referrer, can get and share your link or code.
2. How your friend can sign up using that link/code to get the discount.

⭐️ PART 1 — How to invite your friend

1. Access your user profile

In the left sidebar menu, click your name or profile photo to open user settings.

2. Open “My account”

Inside settings, select the My account section, where you can see all your personal information.

3. Copy your invitation link or code

In the 💬 Invitation link section, you will find:

• The invitation code: AMIGO
• Your unique link to share

Important: Your friend will need two things:
1. Your personal link: so the system knows you were the one who invited them (this is necessary for you to receive your €200 reward).
2. The AMIGO code: to apply the subscription discount during signup.

⭐️ PART 2 — How your friend activates their discount

4. Create their account

When your friend opens the link you shared, they will land on the sign-up page. They only need to:

• Enter their email address
• Create their password
• Accept the terms and policies

They can then continue with signup.

5. Select a plan

After registering, they will see the different available plans (Basic, Standard, or Unlimited), both monthly and yearly.

6. Enter the AMIGO promo code

On the plan selection page, your friend will see a dropdown with the text "Do you have a promo code?" When they click it, they can enter the AMIGO code.

7. Discount confirmation

Once applied, they will see the updated price with the discount applied.

From there, they only need to select the plan and complete signup.

8. Start training

Once they have completed signup, they will receive an email so they can start training and begin enjoying haddock's features.
