🥘 Create recipe costings from your POS items
This can be very useful for items such as wine bottles, soft drinks, or other dishes and preparations that require very few products.
Here's how to do it 🚀
- Go to the POS items list and select the product you want to link to a recipe costing.
For example, "Glass of white wine".
- Click the option at the end of the column that says "Link dish" (or "Link menu").
- A box will open where you can select the "Products" option and search for the specific product that will make up that recipe costing.
- haddock will ask you to convert the product to a consumption or sales unit (kg, liters or units) and enter the quantity of product used in the recipe costing.
- When you save, haddock will ask you to enter the recipe costing name and the dish type. You can also add an image!
- Once the recipe costing is set up, save your changes and check it by clicking its name.
You will have a recipe costing created and linked to the POS item 👍🏼
