Export your products to Excel

You can export your products in Excel or CSV format.

Requirements

• Have permission to export products
• Select at least one product to activate the export button

Export steps

1. Select the products you want to export (this will activate the Export button).

2. Click the Export button in the top-right corner.

3. Choose the scope of the export:

• All products: Exports the full product catalog for the property
• Filtered products: Exports only the products that match the applied filters (categories, suppliers, text search, etc.)

4. Choose the format you want to export your products in:

• Excel (.xlsx)
• CSV (.csv)

5. Click Export to download the file.

Important notes

• To export all products, you must first select at least one product to activate the Export button. Then, in the modal, choose the "All products" option.
• The downloaded file will include: internal code, name, suppliers, quantity, category, family, subfamily, unit of measure, waste, reference price, average price, last price, total, favorites, and archived.
