Hiopos - Connect POS

Important: To connect Hiopos, you need to contact haddock support to obtain the credentials, and then contact your distributor to configure the FTP.


  1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.



  1. Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.



  1. Find Hiopos in the list and click "Connect".


  1. Follow the instructions that appear on screen:
  2. Contact haddock support (from the button on screen) to request your username and password credentials.
  3. Send those credentials and the connection details to your Hiopos distributor so they can configure the FTP (you will find an email template on the same screen).
  4. If you have Hiopos Multivenue, find the venue code in your Hiopos interface.
  5. Once your distributor confirms the setup, enter in haddock the credentials (Username and Password) provided by support and click "Connect".


Why is my integration paused?


If your HIOPOS integration appears as paused, this is usually a temporary connection issue. Contact haddock support so we can review the connection and reactivate it.


Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.
