How to connect my POS

To connect your POS with haddock, go to User settings > Integrations, select your POS, and follow the specific steps for each one.


Square


  1. Select Square from the integrations list.
  2. Click the button to log in with Square.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter your Square credentials.
  4. Select the restaurant you want to connect.
  5. Click Connect.


LastPOS (LastApp)


  1. Select LastApp from the list.
  2. Click the button to send an email to LastApp (integrations@last.app) requesting your integration credentials.
  3. You will need your Access key (API Key) and Restaurant code (Location ID).
  4. Once you receive this information, enter it in haddock and click Connect.


Agora


  1. Select Agora from the list.
  2. Contact your Agora reseller to request the following details:
    • Access key (API Token)
    • Server URL (fixed IP or domain)
    • Restaurant ID (Optional, only if you use ACMS)
  1. Enter this information in the corresponding fields in haddock.
  2. Click Connect.


Note: Make sure your Agora version is 6.0.6 or later and that the port is open.


Revo


  1. Select Revo from the list.
  2. Sign in to your Revo account (back office) and generate a User token in the tokens section.
  3. In haddock, enter your Revo Username and the generated Token.
  4. Click Connect.


HioPOS


The HioPOS integration requires two steps:


  1. Contact haddock: On the integration screen, use the button to open support chat and request your connection credentials (Username and Password).
  2. Contact your HioPOS reseller: Send them an email (you can use the template provided in haddock) with the FTP connection details so they can set up the data transfer.
  3. Once it is configured, enter the Username and Password provided by haddock in the form.
  4. Click Connect.


Glop


  1. Select Glop from the list.
  2. Send an email to soporte@glop.es requesting your credentials for the haddock integration. You will need to provide your VAT ID / Tax ID and Legal name.
  3. You will receive a Client ID (User key) and a Secret Key (Password).
  4. Enter this information in haddock.
  5. Click Connect.
