Yantar - Connect POS

  1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.


  1. Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.



  1. Find Yantar.


  1. Request the haddock username and password for the integration from your Yantar distributor through sat@yantarplus.com.



  1. Fill in the fields with the correct data and click "Connect".


Why is my integration paused?


If invalid credentials are entered repeatedly, haddock automatically pauses the integration after 3 or more failed attempts within 1 hour. This is a safety measure: your POS provider may block our IP if we keep trying to connect with invalid credentials.


How to resume the integration: Open Integrations, edit your POS credentials, and click Connect. If the connection succeeds, the integration will automatically become active again.


If you don't remember the credentials: Contact your Yantar distributor to request new ones, then enter them again in haddock.


Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.
