Cuiner - Connect POS

  1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.


  1. Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.


  1. Look for Cuiner in the list and click Connect.


  1. Request the necessary data for the integration from your Cuiner reseller or contact our support chat.


  1. Enter the required field:


  • Restaurant ID: your restaurant identifier in Cuiner.


  1. Click "Connect".



Publish your menus in Cuiner


Important: your menus must be published in Cuiner for them to appear in haddock. If they're left in draft, they won't sync.


  1. Log in to cuiner.net.


  1. Go to Cartas > Publicar (or open it directly at https://gestion.cuiner.net/publicarcarta).


  1. Pick the menu, the locations, the applications and the rates, and click Publicar cartas.
