Ticksy - Connect POS
Data needed for the integration
Request the following from your Ticksy reseller or Ticksy support:
- API Key - a unique key that Ticksy generates for your venue and that includes all the connection details you need.
How to connect
- Click your restaurant name to open the menu.
- Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.
- Find Ticksy in the list and click Connect.
- Enter the required field:
- API Key: the key provided by Ticksy or your reseller.
- Click Connect.
Once connected, haddock starts syncing sales and the product catalog from your Ticksy POS automatically.

Contact your Ticksy reseller or message us through support chat and we will help you get it.
💬 Desktop: look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
💬 Mobile: open the user menu to access chat.
Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.
