PI Electronique (Elyx) - Connect POS

New recommended method: We recommend using the PI Electronique Connector (Elyx). It connects to haddock without complications, just works, and automatically syncs your POS data to haddock almost in real time.

  1. Click your restaurant name to open the menu.

  1. Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.

  1. In the integrations list, find PI Electronique (Elyx).

  1. Request the necessary data for the integration from your PI Electronique reseller or contact our support chat.

Server URL (public URL with port): the public address of your PI Electronique server. Example: http://203.0.113.50:8082.

Access key (API Key): the key that authorizes the connection with the PI Electronique API. If you do not have it, request it from your PI Electronique reseller.

Location IDs (optional): if you have several locations configured in PI Electronique and only want to sync some of them, enter their identifiers separated by commas. Example: 1,2,3. If you leave the field empty, all locations sync.

  1. Click Connect.

⚙️ Technical requirements

  • The PI Electronique server must be powered on and reachable from the internet (or from haddock's network).
  • You must have a fixed IP at the location. If you do not have one, you can arrange it with your internet provider.
  • The PI Electronique server port (default 8082) must be open and forwarded on the router.
  • The PI Electronique REST API must be enabled in the POS configuration.

Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.

❓ Frequently asked questions

I do not see sales in haddock after connecting

Check that the PI Electronique server is powered on and that you can open the server URL in a browser. If the URL does not respond, review the router configuration (port forwarding) or contact your PI Electronique reseller.

The connection fails with an authentication error

Verify that the API Key you entered is correct. If you lost it or are unsure, request a new one from your PI Electronique reseller.

Sales totals do not exactly match PI Electronique reports

PI Electronique groups invoices by work shift. Around shift or day changes, some tickets may be counted in a different shift depending on the report criteria. No data is lost: if you add together two consecutive shifts in both systems, the totals match.

I only want to sync some locations

Enter the identifiers of the locations you want to sync in Location IDs, separated by commas (for example: 1,3). If you leave the field empty, all locations sync.
