Schultes Bluepos - Connect POS

Unlike most POS systems, you do not need to request credentials from Schultes: haddock generates them automatically and shows them on screen. You then share them with the Schultes/Bluepos team so they can configure your terminal to send data to haddock.

  1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.

  1. Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.

  1. Find Schultes Bluepos in the list and click Connect.

  1. haddock automatically generates the integration credentials. You will see three values on the screen:

  • Upload URL: the address Bluepos will send the files to.
  • Username: your unique identifier (format schultes-XXXXXXXX).
  • Password: your unique key, randomly generated.

  1. Below the credentials, you will find a ready-made email template to send to Schultes/Bluepos. Copy it and send it to your Schultes contact (or to the distributor that installed your POS).

  1. Once Schultes has configured the sending on your Bluepos, the sales and article files will reach haddock automatically at the end-of-day close (or whenever a Z-close is done).

Configuring Bluepos export routes

The Schultes/Bluepos technician needs to set up the export routes in the Bluepos back-office so that the terminal sends data to haddock after each Z-close. They will need the three credentials from step 4.

Step 1 — Open the Backoffice

From the Bluepos main screen, open the Backoffice.

Step 2 — Programación → Configuración de Sistema

From the Programación menu, open Configuración de Sistema.

Step 3 — Opciones (31)

Inside Configuración de Sistema, open Opciones (31).

Step 4 — Enable automatic export

In the Sistema tab, enable Exportación automática and open the Exportación de Informes editor.

Step 5 — Add the haddock HTTP exports

Add one entry per report that Bluepos must send to haddock. For each row:

At minimum, configure the three reports haddock needs — PLU, invoices, and receipts (payments):

With that done, every Z-close will trigger the export to haddock automatically — there is no extra toggle to enable for the daily close.

Step 6 — (Optional) Intra-day exports

To also send data during the day without waiting for the close, enable the Informe Provisional Automático checkbox in Opciones (31):

Enabling Informe Provisional Automático

Then set a Horario for that same section:

Pick the times at which the provisional export should fire:

Once saved, the Exportación de Informes screen will list the provisional report pointing at haddock — ready to fire at the scheduled times:

The technician only needs to do this once per venue. No further action is required unless you reset the integration.

What if I lose the credentials?

No problem. Re-open the integration from My integrations and you will see the URL, username, password and ready-made email again, ready to forward to Schultes if needed.

Need help?

If Schultes tells you they cannot send the files or that the URL is not responding, message us via the support chat and we will review the setup together.

Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.
