How to View the Ticket Details for a Day

From Sales History you can open a day and review everything that was sold, ticket by ticket. This view is especially useful for reviewing the operational detail of a day's activity.

How to expand the tickets for a day

  1. Go to Sales > History.
  2. Locate the day you want to review.
  3. Click the day row to expand its tickets.

The dropdown shows the list of tickets for that date. If the day comes from a manual or imported sale, there may be no ticket breakdown.

How to sort tickets

At the top of the view you will find the Sort option. From there you can reorganize the tickets for the day by:

  • Time
  • Diners
  • Amount

You can also change the sort direction to see the most recent tickets first, the oldest first, the highest amounts first, or the lowest amounts first, depending on what you need to review.

What you'll see in the ticket list

Within the expanded day, each ticket shows a quick summary with information such as:

  • The ticket identifier
  • The opening or closing time
  • The shift
  • The channel
  • The diners
  • The VAT
  • The payment methods
  • The total

Click a ticket to open its detail side panel.

How to read the detail side panel

When you select a ticket, a side panel opens with all the information.

Ticket status

At the top you will see the ticket number and its status. Depending on the case, it may appear as:

  • Open
  • Closed
  • Voided

If the ticket corresponds to a refund, you will also see the refund indicator.

Table, waiter, and service context

In the panel header you can check:

  • Waiter
  • Table
  • Diners
  • Sales or service channel
  • Opening and closing time

This helps you understand how that ticket was served and in what context it was recorded.

Items, combos, and modifiers

In the Items section you will see everything included in the ticket:

  • Individual items
  • Combos
  • Quantities
  • Line amount
  • Discounts, if any

If an item has customizations, you can expand its modifiers to see associated add-ons, changes, or extras.

Payments

In the Payments section you can see how the ticket was paid. One or more methods may appear, for example:

  • Card
  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Online
  • Voucher
  • Invitation

If the POS sends the original payment method name, that name will be shown in the side panel.

Summary and refunds

At the bottom of the panel you will see the ticket's financial summary:

  • Subtotal
  • Taxes
  • Discount, if applicable
  • Tip, if any
  • Refund, if any
  • Total

If there was a refund, it will be reflected in the summary so you can easily identify the ticket's final impact.
