Connect your Atecresa (Ategest) POS to Haddock


This guide walks you through connecting your Atecresa POS — sold under the brand Ategest — to Haddock. Once connected, Haddock pulls your sales and catalog automatically every day; no manual export.


Before you begin


You need:


  1. An active Ategest account. You must be able to log into the Ategest application with your email and password.
  2. Admin permissions in Haddock. Only users with the Admin role can connect a new POS.


Note: Atecresa may take up to 24 hours to activate a new user. If you created the user today, connect tomorrow to be safe.


Steps


1. Open the integrations screen in Haddock


  1. Sign in at app.haddock.app.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Point of sale (POS).
  3. Find the Atecresa card and click Connect.


2. Enter your Ategest credentials


You'll see a two-field form:


  • Email — the email you use to log into Ategest.
  • Password — the password you use to log into Ategest.


Click Connect. Haddock validates the credentials against the Atecresa API. On success, you'll see Integration successful.


3. Wait for the first sync


The first full sync usually takes between 5 and 30 minutes depending on your sales history. You'll be notified once sales start appearing on your Haddock dashboard.


What gets synced


  • Sales — invoices and refunds, with date, time, table, server, line items, and payment method.
  • Articles — code, description, price, VAT, and family (category).
  • Categories — generated automatically from each article's family field.


What is not synced


This version of the integration does not support:


  • Modifiers or menus/combos (Atecresa does not expose them via API).
  • Multi-venue. Each Ategest login maps to a single company.
  • Webhooks / push. Haddock polls the API on a schedule (not realtime).

The email or password is not valid in Ategest.

Verify you can sign into Ategest with the same details before retrying.

User not recognised

The user was created less than 24 h ago.

Wait 24 h and reconnect.

No sales after 1 h

Initial sync still running.

If after 2 h there are still no sales, contact Haddock support.
