Coretactil - Connect POS

❗Important: When you connect Coretactil, haddock automatically generates your FTP credentials. You then need to send them to Coresa Palma so they can configure the automatic upload of the sales file after each cash close.

1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.
2. Click "Integrations" (or My Integrations).
3. Find Coretactil in the list and click "Connect".
4. When you click "Connect", haddock generates unique FTP credentials for your restaurant (username and password). They are shown on screen and are also filled in automatically in the email template you'll see just below.
5. Send that email template to Coresa Palma so they can configure Coretactil to automatically upload the CSV file generated at cash close via FTP. You can copy the text or open your email client directly from the same screen.
6. Once Coresa Palma confirms the configuration, your sales will arrive in haddock automatically after each cash close. You don't need to do anything else in haddock.

What information haddock receives

Coretactil exports a file with one line per item sold, so in haddock you'll see sales by item, category, table and waiter.

There are two things Coretactil does not include in that file, so haddock cannot show them:

• Payment methods: the file doesn't distinguish cash from card, so all payments appear grouped as "other" in the payment breakdown.
• Covers: the number of guests per table is not exported.

Also, the item catalogue is built from sales: an item appears in haddock the first time it is sold. If you've just connected, it's normal for the item list to be incomplete until a few days of service have passed.

Two more things worth knowing about how items appear:

• Refunds show as a negative line on the ticket and reduce the day's sales, exactly as they do at the till.
• Comped items appear at 0,00 and count as consumption without adding revenue — which is what you want for food cost. Items that form part of a set menu also come through at 0,00, with the price on the main item, so haddock cannot tell a comped item from a menu component.

Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.
