Epos Now - Connect POS

  1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.
  2. Go to Restaurant settings > My integrations.
  3. Find Epos Now in the list and click Connect.
  4. Get your credentials from the Epos Now Back Office:



    Important: the Epos Now API module is an add-on service contracted directly with Epos Now and may carry a monthly cost. If it isn't active, contact Epos Now support to enable it.

    • Log in to your Epos Now Back Office.
    • Go to Web Integrations > REST API.
    • Click Add Device to create a new device.
    • Click the Access Credentials button to reveal your Authorization Token.
  5. Enter the required field:


    • Authorization Token: the token shown in Access Credentials.
  6. Click Connect.

If haddock reports that the credentials are invalid, go back to the Epos Now Back Office, regenerate the device's Access Credentials, confirm the API module is active on your account, and try again. If the problem persists, contact Epos Now support or reach us through the support chat.
