Firesoft - Connect POS

❗Important: When you connect Firesoft, haddock automatically generates your FTP credentials. You'll then need to send them to your Firesoft distributor (or to Futura-2000) so they can configure the automatic file export after each Z-close.

1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.

2. Click "Integrations" (or My Integrations).

3. Find Firesoft in the list and click "Connect".

4. When you click "Connect", haddock generates unique FTP credentials for your restaurant (username and password). They are shown on screen and also auto-filled into the email template just below.

5. Send that email template to your Firesoft distributor or to Futura-2000 so they can configure Firesoft to push exports via FTP after every Z-close. You can copy the text or open your email client directly from the same screen.

6. Once your distributor confirms the configuration, your sales will arrive in haddock automatically after every Z-close. You don't need to do anything else in haddock.

Integrations may include additional costs not covered by haddock.
