Can I connect my POS?
Yes, we are integrated with several POS systems. Tell us about it and we will help you get connected.
My POS does not appear as an official integration. Can I connect it anyway?
Yes 💡. Even if it is not a one-click integration, we can connect it via API if your technician or provider is willing to collaborate.
You can follow these steps to start the process:
- Click your restaurant name.
- Go to Settings.
- Open My integrations.
- In Generic API for POS systems, click Connect.
- Enter the name of your POS.
From there, you will be able to access the technical guide and we will provide a test environment. Once everything has been validated, we will activate the integration in production.
Do you have technical documentation for the POS API?
Yes! 🚀 We have a public API for sending sales to the platform. You can find all the detailed technical documentation at the following link: https://pos-api.haddock.app/docs
If your technician agrees, we can enable a sandbox environment to validate the connection before going live.
If you are not integrated with my POS, can I import sales?

Can I see the sales I have by item?
