NEO - Connect POS

1. Click the restaurant name to open the menu.
2. Click My integrations (or go to Settings > Integrations).
3. Find NEO in the list and click Connect.
4. Request your credentials from NEO Grup Management (or contact our support chat if you do not know where to get them). You will need three values:

   
   

5. • NEO server URL: the HTTP(S) address of the NEO kernel in your installation (for example, http://my-server:3001). Your NEO provider or Bartolomé Consultores will provide it.
   • API Key: the key provided by NEO in tm_tablasauxiliares, with B2B export permissions enabled.
   • Site (shop): your site's code in NEO (for example, 0001).
5. Paste all three values into the connection wizard and click Connect.

Need help?

If the connection fails, check that:

• The server URL is accessible from the internet (or from your restaurant's network) and uses the correct port (normally 3001).
• The B2B license is active on your NEO node (version 2021.4.0 or later).
• The API Key is registered in tm_tablasauxiliares with the scopes b2b/sales/workingdayspending, ticketheaders, ticketlines, ticketpayments, and cashreports.
• The Site code exactly matches the one provided by NEO.
