View sales by item

❗️It is essential to have the POS connected to view this information. See how to connect your POS

Click "💸Sales" in the side navigation bar.

Click "Items".

• In the item sales list you will see the following information:

1. Item -> Item name.
2. Category -> Internal categories set in the POS.
3. SP -> Sale price before tax.
4. Units -> Number of units sold.
5. Billing -> Total amount billed from the item's sales.
6. Cost -> Total of all expenses needed to produce the item and make it available to the customer.
7. Total profit -> What you bill after subtracting all costs from sales revenue.
8. Costing link -> Costing in haddock that the item is linked to.

3. Customize the results:

1. Search -> Search for items by name.
2. "Sort by ..." -> Set how to sort the list by: Billing, A-Z, RRP, and Units.
3. Filter -> Filter the results to see items in the category set in your POS, by connection status (Connected, Disconnected, Error), and other options (New, Hide items with 0 sales).
4. Time period -> View results for today, yesterday, last 30 days, 3 or 6 months, or define a custom range.

💡 Item prices are updated on a recurring basis.

This update does not include items deleted from the point of sale terminal.
