Copy complete shift plans

When you have finished planning the shifts for a group of employees for a week or a longer period, you can copy the entire plan with a single click and then paste it into another future period.

Finish planning the shifts in the plan you want to copy

In the following example, we have planned the shifts of 5 people during one week:

Click the copy plan icon

The action to copy a plan is located in the upper right menu, above the planning:

Specify from which day you want to paste the plan

Lastly, you only need to choose from which date you want to paste the plan:

Important 🎯: keep in mind that both work shifts and absences will be copied. Therefore, if you have any employee with a vacation shift, leave, or sick leave (temporary incapacity), those will be copied too.
