Create account views in the plan
To set up a new account view in the plan, follow these steps:
Open a group plan
Go to Planning from the main menu:

Open a group plan:

Access "Configure views"
Click the three-dots menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and then click "Configure views":

Create a new view
Click the create button in the upper right:

Enter a name for the new view:

Select the accounts you want to display:

Important 🎯: the dropdown has 2 options, period and year. If you select "Period", the account balance will be shown within the period of the open plan. "Year" lets you always see the balance at year-end. For example, for vacation accounts it is often useful to see the year balance, regardless of the period you currently have open in the plan.
Tip 🥷: you can change the order of the accounts by dragging them like this:

Select the new view in the plan
Open the group plan again and to the right of the planning you will find a dropdown from which you can select the new view:
