Delete several shifts at once

In haddock HR, you can delete one or more shifts directly from planning.


Delete a single shift


  1. Open Planning.
  2. Select the group and period you want to view.
  3. Hover over the shift you want to delete.
  4. Several icons will appear above the shift.
  5. Click the trash icon to delete it.



Delete several shifts by selecting them manually


  1. In planning, left-click the shifts you want to delete to select them.
  2. Once selected, right-click any of them.
  3. In the context menu that appears, select Remove shifts.



Delete all shifts from a day


  1. Click the day column header (where the day of the week and day number appear).
  2. All shifts for that day will be selected.
  3. You can repeat this action on other days to select multiple columns.
  4. A bar will appear at the top showing how many shifts are selected.
  5. Right-click one of the selected shifts and click Remove shifts.



Delete all shifts from an employee


  1. Click the white area to the left of the employee's name.
  2. All shifts in that row will be selected.
  3. Right-click any of the selected shifts.
  4. Select Remove shifts.



Delete all shifts from the plan


  1. At the top of planning, click the select all icon (a checkbox with a check mark).
  2. This will select all shifts in the planning for the visible period.
  3. Right-click any of the selected shifts.
  4. In the context menu, select Remove shifts.



When shifts are selected, a bar at the top will appear showing how many shifts are selected. From that bar you can also clear the selection.
