To stay on top of all important events in the platform, you can activate alerts by editing contracts. First click "Settings" in the main menu and then go to "Employees > Contracts".
Follow these steps:
- Click the "Settings" menu option in the main menu.
- Go to "Employees > Contracts", find the contract you want to edit, open it, and click the "Alerts" tab.
- Here you'll find a list of alerts that you can activate according to your needs.
The available alerts include:
General alerts:
- Send an email every morning with a summary of missed clock-ins from the last 10 days. π§
- Send an email to the supervisor when an employee requests an absence. π¨βπΌ
- Send an email to the employee when their requested absence is approved or denied. β β
- Send an email to the employee when they are assigned to a new group. π
- Send an email to the employee when their shift changes in planning. β°
- Send a clock-in reminder: so you never forget to clock in. β³
Clock-in alerts:
- On arrival before β°
- On arrival after β³
- On departure before β°
- On departure after β³
- If no clock-in is recorded before β³
Planning alerts:
- Minimum rest hours between shifts βΈοΈ
- Maximum consecutive working days π
Break alerts:
- Minimum break π
