📤 How do you send files in bulk in Documents?

If you need to upload many documents at once, haddock HR's bulk upload saves you time and keeps documentation well organized in each employee's folders.

✅ Who can use this feature?

🛠️ Only users with the administrator role have access to bulk document upload.

📁 How do you do it?

  1. Go to 📄 Documents.
  2. Inside Documents, you will see a section called Bulk upload.
  3. Click Upload documents.

🧭 Bulk upload steps

  1. Select the folder where the documents will be stored, for example: 📂 Payroll.
  2. Choose the comparison field that haddock HR will use to identify each person:

  • Tax ID
  • Employee code

📌 Remember: This field must be filled in beforehand in the employee profile so the system can match it correctly.

  1. Drag and drop one or more files.

📝 The name of each file must contain the Tax ID or employee code, depending on the field you chose.

🔍 haddock HR will use that match to automatically place each document in the corresponding person's folder.

📊 What happens next?

Once the process is complete, haddock HR will show you a summary with the upload result:

✅ Which documents were uploaded successfully.

⚠️ And whether any could not be assigned.
