π How do you upload a document to an employee's profile in haddock HR?
These steps are for haddock HR employee files (contracts, IDs, payroll slips). They are not the same as purchase invoices and delivery notes in the main haddock Documents module.
Saving documents has never been easier! ππ With haddock HR, you can upload documents directly from each employee's profile, all in a super fast and hassle-free way!
Follow these simple steps:
1οΈβ£ Access haddock HR and find the profile of the employee you want to upload the document to. π€
2οΈβ£ Inside the employee's profile, go to the "Documents" tab. π
3οΈβ£ Click the "+" button.

4οΈβ£ Select the file you want to upload from your computer (it can be a contract, ID document, etc.). π
5οΈβ£ Once selected, simply confirm the upload. And that's it! The document will be saved and accessible in the employee's profile so you can check it whenever you need it. ποΈβοΈ

- You can upload any type of document you need, whether it is PDF, image, or text file. ππΈ
- Remember that you can always view, download, or delete documents at any time! ππ€
