📄 How do you upload payroll slips from a single PDF in haddock HR?
If you have all the month's payroll slips in a single PDF file (one payroll slip per page), haddock HR lets you upload them automatically and place them in the corresponding folder for each employee, comparing the National ID or employee code with a field inside the document itself.
✅ Who can use this feature?
🔐 Only users with the administrator role can access this feature.
📥 How do you do it?
- Go to 📄 Documents from the main menu.
- Open the Bulk upload tab.
- Click the One PDF file option.

🧭 Steps to process the PDF
- Select the folder where the payroll slips will be stored, for example: 📂 Payroll.
- Choose the comparison field that haddock HR will use:
- National ID (Tax ID)
- Employee code
📌 Remember that this data must already be filled in on each employee's profile.
- Select the PDF file that contains all the month's payroll slips (one per page).
- Click Process PDF.

📊 What happens when it is processed?
haddock HR will read the PDF page by page, look for the National ID or employee code inside each page's content, and automatically place each payroll slip in the corresponding person's folder.
Once the process is complete, you will see a summary that indicates:
- ✅ Which payroll slips were assigned correctly.
- ⚠️ Which ones could not be assigned because there was no match.
