📈 How does the "Time entry balance calculation" field work in haddock HR?

In each employee’s profile in haddock HR you will find the "Time entry balance calculation" field, which defines how recorded hours are compared to calculate their personal balance.

This field has two options:

• Scheduled hours: the time entry balance is calculated by comparing recorded hours with the hours of the planned shifts in the schedule.
• Target hours: the balance is calculated by comparing recorded hours with the working day hours specified in the employee’s contract.

👉 Important: This setting only affects how the employee will see time entry balances when logging in to haddock HR. It does not change the company’s general calculation method for reports or other internal purposes.
