🕒 How to allow manual time entries in haddock HR

In some cases it may be necessary for an employee to record a manual time entry, for example:


  • ✏️ Correcting a time entry made by mistake.
  • ⏳ Adding a time entry that was not recorded (such as a forgotten clock-out).


To enable this option, follow these steps:


  1. 📋 Open the left side menu and select Rules.
  2. 📑 Go to the Contracts section.
  3. 🔍 Find the employee’s contract where you want to allow manual time entries and click Edit.
  4. 🗂️ Inside the contract, open the Time entries tab.
  5. ✅ Enable Allow manual time entry input.
  6. 💾 Save the changes.


From that moment on, the employee will be able to add or modify their time entries manually according to what is configured in their contract.
