🕒 How to allow manual time entries in haddock HR
In some cases it may be necessary for an employee to record a manual time entry, for example:
- ✏️ Correcting a time entry made by mistake.
- ⏳ Adding a time entry that was not recorded (such as a forgotten clock-out).
To enable this option, follow these steps:
- 📋 Open the left side menu and select Rules.
- 📑 Go to the Contracts section.
- 🔍 Find the employee’s contract where you want to allow manual time entries and click Edit.
- 🗂️ Inside the contract, open the Time entries tab.
- ✅ Enable Allow manual time entry input.
- 💾 Save the changes.
From that moment on, the employee will be able to add or modify their time entries manually according to what is configured in their contract.
