πŸ•’ How to allow manual time entries in haddock HR

In some cases it may be necessary for an employee to record a manual time entry, for example:


  • ✏️ Correcting a time entry made by mistake.
  • ⏳ Adding a time entry that was not recorded (such as a forgotten clock-out).


To enable this option, follow these steps:


  1. πŸ“‹ Open the left side menu and select Rules.
  2. πŸ“‘ Go to the Contracts section.
  3. πŸ” Find the employee’s contract where you want to allow manual time entries and click Edit.
  4. πŸ—‚οΈ Inside the contract, open the Time entries tab.
  5. βœ… Enable Allow manual time entry input.
  6. πŸ’Ύ Save the changes.


From that moment on, the employee will be able to add or modify their time entries manually according to what is configured in their contract.
