How to assign a group to an employee 👬👫
If your company has more than one work site, what better way than to have your employees in haddock HR organized according to their location and work site. That way, each one will be in their corresponding GROUP. Organization is the foundation of labor efficiency and optimization. haddock HR is your best ally for this.
🛠️ 👬👫 How do you create groups in haddock HR? 🛠️👬👫
🔹 Go to the vertical left-hand tools bar and click on GROUPS.

🔹 Click the purple circular + at the top right.
🔹 When the pop-up window opens, create the Group that interests you most with the allowed parameters.

Once you already have the group or groups created, you only need to assign them to each employee so everything is correctly referenced and connected.
🔹 Go to the employee's individual profile.
🔹 Click on the Groups tab.

🔹 Open the purple circular + at the top right and, in the pop-up window that opens, select the group and the other details.

💫 You have now assigned the group to that specific employee. Repeat the same process for any employees you need and you're done 💫
