How to assign a location to an employee ๐๐บ๏ธ
If any of your employees has the gift of ubiquity and can work in different locations, that is a plus for your company and shift planning.
Mark that characteristic in haddock HR and make it easier to schedule shifts across your different locations.
๐ ๏ธ ๐บ๏ธ How do you assign a location to an employee? ๐ ๏ธ ๐บ๏ธ
๐นYou only need to go to your haddock HR control panel (where you signed in with your username and password) and open their profile.
๐นOnce inside, go to the FUNCTIONS tab (to follow this step-by-step guide for assigning functions too, you can visit this link).
๐นOn the right, you'll find a purple + inside a circle. Click it and the intuitive panel will open to assign the function to your employee.

๐น In that same pop-up, at the bottom, you'll find a place to mark the location for that specific function. That way, each function will always have one or more locations.

๐ฅ Thatโs it. Done. Add this characteristic and your employees will be able to cover more locations and functions to make the work more effective.
