How to change an employee's role

To change an employee's access level, go to the Employees section and use the search bar at the top of the list.

You can search by first name, last name, email, or employee code.


Once you find the employee, open their profile.


Change the role


Inside the profile, you'll find the Role section, where you can assign:


  • Administrator: full access to the platform and all settings.
  • Employee: can only see their own information (profile, shifts, and related data).


Save the changes so the new role is applied.



Turn an employee into a supervisor


If you need an employee to manage a team, you must assign them as a supervisor from the corresponding group, in the Supervisors section.


A supervisor can:


  • Approve group absences.
  • Validate group clock-ins.
  • View the group planning.


Important: the supervisor only has visibility and management capabilities over the group they are assigned to.
